I just bought Molly-and I am so itching to take her braids out and put her hair in piggy tails-but I know I will never get them back perfect!

That is exacly what I wanted to do when I got my Molly doll. She is so cute in her rain slicker with pig tails. I wish I would have bought the girl of today who looked like her and then I could change her hair and leave Molly's in the braids.

Molly's and Kirsten's braids are actually pretty easy to re-braid so they will look exactly the same. The key is to sprit the hair with water. The AG Doll Hair book tells you to do this, which is how I discovered it. My daughter insisted I re-braid her PM Molly's hair because little pieces were sticking out of the braids. The first time I did it was without spritting. Using the spritzer and braiding really tightly made all of the difference. So, go ahead and enjoy that hair!

I agree with Molly-Felicity. My Molly has been out of her braids for 2 yrs now and I rebraid them all the time with water and tightly done braiding. Look at my pictures in my albums, Molly's braids are always nicely done.

The only braids I haven't undone are Kaya's, and that's because they go with EVERYTHING!!! LOL, Kirsten's hair is a nightmare, but Molly's has always been perfect. I've been really tempted to do the downy dunk/steam on Kirsten, but I love that she looks like a wild animal.
